Designation - Logistics and Accounts Executive

We are considering you for the role of Logistics and Accounts Executive ITecSys Technologies Ptv. Ltd. A leading provider of Network Security Products and Services. Our team needs a CREATIVE and highly MOTIVATED individuals who have a “big picture" focus and will be able to make a difference in our company. This job involves in-person sales to business owners.

Job Duties:
Translate sales orders into detailed work orders in conjunction with the Customers, Suppliers and Warehouse.
• Owning the whole supply chain from Quoting to final delivery and post Sales Follow-up.
• Manage complete process for Export and Import including Customs Clearance and Duty Bonding.
• Ensure ordered items are in-stock or find alternatives for those items out of stock.
• Ensure that all customer orders are complete, delivered on time and correctly installed.
• On a Weekly basis, maintain consistent and accurate Sales and Booking forecasts .
• Meeting or exceed quarterly Logistics Sales objectives.
• Able to review existing logistics procedures and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.

• Experience working with MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Sales Automation Systems, including a desire to exploit these tools in your daily business is required.
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills.

We are considering you for the role of Inside Sales / Telemarketing Executive ITecSys Technologies Ptv. Ltd. A leading provider of Network Security Products and Services.
Our team needs a CREATIVE and highly MOTIVATED individuals who have a “big picture" focus and will be able to make a difference in our company. This job involves in-person sales to business owners.

Job Responsibilities:
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.

Job Duties:
• Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
• Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
• Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfilment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
• Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
• Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
